PUGLIOLA

Pugliola
Pugliola

Pugliola is situated on one of the highest points in the region, from where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful view of Lerici and the Spezia Gulf. It is built up around the church of San Nicolo and Santa Lucia, a subsidiary of the church of Trebiano, first mentioned in 1298. Of baroque style, the bell tower is roman and the interior preserves a number of valuable paintings, including one that is attributed to Fiasella.
