Torta d’erbi
Lunigiana is famous for its dishes and the qualityof his food. Once there, it is not possible to leave it without having tasted the "torta d’erbi" (herbs cake), the testaroli, the lamb of Zeri, the "Carscenta", a typical bread, the pattona, the spongata, the "bomba di riso" (rice bomb), the "frittini della Lunigiana", the "lasagne bastarde" of Bagnone, the "arbadela", the "coi pien" (stuffed artichokes).
