Pracchiola is the last vilalge before reaching the Cirone pass, at the foot of the mountainous group of the Mount Orsaro. The church is devoted to Saint Maria Assunta and dates back to the XVIII century. More ancient is the so called "Ospedaletto", a construction used as hospital for pilgrims, erected by the order of St. Giacomo of Altopascio, in the XIII century.
